In so much pain for my left arm and shoulder since last Fall made me so slow to act for any daily activity but expect my innate activity. Honesty I was in a process to start to do the memorial ancestors of Ise-Hakusan-Do`s way. Finally I got stared on January 2011. Now , my left arm and shoulder is so much better. So much less pain and I can move them freely. I got know that how much ancestors spirits need our respect and care and love. Means, they only accept our gratitude to them. Means more, they do not accept our complain and claim and a chatty noisy mind to them which might works for humans but just for surface..... For deeply our inner, we all love to be thanked, loved, accepted. Is that so? It is a heart of gratitude. Indeed I understood after I started to do the memorial ancestors almost every day in a morning before 10 AM. After weeks, every my mind been going changed so quickly especially after February. My inner universe now very humbly want be new of me. Everybody in Japan now so humble and a humbleness may force all of us to be SIMPLE....but must be, should be in a grate tragedy as the grate lesson to be renew. So... I as Japanese even in USA like to be also humble and simple. That is why I want change my Handle Name to simple one.... Now I am in short HN. It is very calm in Tokyo with less lights.
There are less food items on supermarkets' shelves.
But I'm grateful for this inconvenience.

We were allowed to live.
We are allowed to live.
We were somehow drifted toward bardiness.
We even thought that we can control the great nature.
Wealth suppose to bring us joy and fulfilment.
It instead brought us hunger, endless craving for more.

The nuclear power incidents were suppose to be unanticipated .

There is no "100%" for the great nature.
If there is "100%", then I think a feeling of awe is it.

I understand that Japanese ordered mind is broadcasted by the foreign media.
In the coverage, disaster victims were holding their wallet in their hands and lining up to buy things at a store with not enough supplies.
"There are people with less fortunate than I."
"Right now, only thing we can do is to help each other."
The survivors in the coverage withheld their sorrow and thought more for others.
This help each other attitude is the key to the Japanese virtue, consideration for others.

I think our helping each other attitude, which is in our nature, is fully shown by foreign media coverages of the crisis in Japan.

Since the ancient age, our ancestors had a respectful attitude toward the great nature and the gods.
Our parents always said
"The sun (the God) is always watching you."
to their children when they had to scold their young ones.

If you want to do good things (conscience), that means that you have the sun (the God) in your mind.
If you do something bad, you feel guilty. It's because you know that the sun is watching your every move.

I'm not sure if this is only my point of view or Japanese way of view.

This is nothing to be announced at loud.

There is no riot nor robbery in the disaster areas.
It's because of this Japanese moral.

When we reboost ourselves and reestablish our country, then we may become a perfect example for the world.

We will be all right.
We will survive this big crisis.

To Taiunn. This is translation into English for you, if you do not mind, use it. It is my pleasure.

The city of Tokyo right now is quiet and dark with only little lights on. I see little food left in supermarkets. But the more I experience inconvenience, the more I began to feel gratitudes towards everything.

I am alive. Alive, at this moment.

Until this moment, we didn’t realize how arrogant we had been towards the great nature as if we, human beings, were in control of everything.

We tend to think that richness or abundance brings us happiness, but the reality is that the more we crave for things, the more spiritual fulfillment we lose.

The nuclear accident and the heaviness of the damage were totally beyond the country’s expectation.

There is no ‘absolute safety’ before the nature’s power.

If there is ‘absoluteness’, I should say that it is the ‘feeling of awe’ towards the mother nature.

I hear that many foreign media have been praising the orderly manner of Japanese people under such devastating circumstances.

People in the areas where the quake and tsunami hit line up orderly in shops and supermarkets where there is only little food left.

They endure individual’s pain and grief and care for others saying , “Lots of people are in a far more difficult situation than I.”

or “We’re OK, because everybody’s the same. We should help out each other in times of need.” This concept of mutual care and helping out each other is the heart of Japanese people’spirit of ‘Omoiyari’(warmth and care for others).

I feel this is the situation where the spirit of ‘caring for others’which Japanese people naturally have lived with throughout the ages is conveyed to other parts of the world through the media.

Our ancestors have awed the mother nature or gods in it from ancient times, and tried not to act against such spirits.

When we did bad things, our parents would say ‘Hey, the god of the sun is watching what you do.’and scolded us.

The Otentosama’ (the sun) exists in each one of us, and the sun is the symbol of conscience.

When we do bad things, the sun (conscience)in our heart is always‘watching’ the deed ,and it always hurts when we do wrong, so I try not act against my conscience.

I am not sure if this is just me, or all other Japanese people feel the same, but I personally feel this value is nothing special to us (because it is so deeply rooted in our culture).

Since most Japanese are aware of this spirit, no violence or robbery is likely to occur in Japan, I think.

I believe that Japan would serve as a model for the world when we overcome this situation and the country is reconstructed.

So, please don’t worry. We will be alright. We will endure and overcome this disaster.

Being sensible means caring

My favorite Japanese plums are blooming in February. 

The February is very special month to me for its reason.

February 11th is the Commemoration of Founding of the Nation in Japan.

I love the number 11. I feel love to it.

11 is standing up 1 and 1. Also there is 1+1=2 

1 is all of life and blood and next 1 is the Element of Origin Root = Kami, but for me to imagine.


大好きな梅の花咲く二月　如月は　
わたしにとって特別な月です

２月１１日は日本の建国記念日です。


わたしは１１という数字が大好きです。愛を感じます。
１１は１と１が立っていますね。１と１で２でもあります。

１は生命の全てを表し　次の１は根源のエレメント= 神だと思えます。

ONE OF FAMILY CRESTS IN EUROPE

I am exciting about one family crest in Europe.

I wish I can copy of it, I tried but a company`s secure system not let me to do.

Japan`s national flag has the symbolic Sun at a center.


I thought about no others have non Sun mark on them, and I found the one which has the sun and the big bird in a family crest. 
It is amazing for me.I am happy for it!

SO DEEP MEANING IN THIS GREETING IN JAPAN.


CONGRATULATION FOR BRIGHTLY A NEW YEAR WAS OPENED TO ALL OF US ON EARTH UNDER THE SUN. BUT AMONG THE SUN LIGHT AND REFRESHED AIR.



What was opened for us... There is for impossible to count new Sun light`s blessing on Earth opened Her arms and Heart to us.


The Cosmic symphony as Universal celebration of celestial bodies given the new birth of the Sun:the Sun is reborn in 3 days in Dec,22d to Dec,25th after 3 season passed.


For us, there is meaningful to grab our visions in our hearts IN THIS SEASON. 
A vision in a each heart would take a place to be more reasonable for each own life. 


A resolution for recovering a mistake at last year, for a more progressively set up new plan based privately or socially success or based success in both fields at last year and for a family matter, for own matter, so on so on.


A human world contains so many each`s issues and matters and good news. But less quantity,amount---if we have a financial matter---and volume...than how gracefully The Sun is giving the LOVE and Mercy to solve any matters and issues on Earth and to us.


A wishing to be happy or be happier in this season is very normal mind activity for all of us to do. And for really to be in peace, we thank to The New Sun first could be very easy to ride on a wave as a melody of Cosmic symphony. 


Then we could be into that symphony to be oneness with our life more smoothly and to be harmonised with own heart with out any illusional worries which are still in own mind.


We are able to take look and observe what was happened already , right? Because of already manifested in Air and in lights so.We do focus on it, will be so much better and do not need to worry about still in a shadow in own heart or own brain. 


Other wise, unseen waves pushing us be worry are ghosts in us, in our brain. They want come out with their ego to be real at this world in our life. They are like a alien but cosmic dust in own brain which has desire to be. It is a challenge to influence dusts and try to hide the Sun light. Same thing happens in our heart also when we worry too much.


Worry too much push us lose our right thought and six-sense and even five senses---lose feeling for happenings right now right here at our front of eyes---

A  better solution for that ghost is: GET A very RIGHT INFORMATION for your concern or worry to be lighter them with your ACTION and GRATITUDE.




Some love to talk a lot about things passed and it sounds beautiful for them but feel not healthy for listeners, listeners might suggest them are living in passed and can not get out from OLD TIME`s GHOST TOWN so [they seems can not live for today.]


They may lose for ONE INCH`s chance of the blessing to be happier. 


I had came through this for years but never had talked about passed,how I was hurt and felt powerless to take care of loved one sadly couldn`t and still could not talk about even how is the life crashing at past make me feel into down hell at today.  >>> This is, I think my self lost emotional expression. Sank deeply into the water which was a flame of my anger lost battle. The Water essence in my heart won for years. 

I could control my negative side of flame in my heart in a protection of unseen spirits`s help. I really got feel this at this new year 2011. 
I thank them very much from my whole heart. 


They had been protecting me to do not kill my self and holding me as baby in their hands. 


So I may had half sleeping living at forest as a miracle exchanging for temporary which I did not realised until today. 
I really thank for people I had met and lived together at that time. I thank for this moment to got me to know how unseen love and spirits works on me and all of us. 

A flame of gratitude only the way to back from deeply bottom of cold water pool to maintain own normal balance. 


If ... I got into my own ghost town in a lost balance twisted Good and Bad sweet emotion candy bar like? ...I really got trouble to be in harmonised relation ship and friend ship. 


More...if I got in to a ghost town in a full flame with my anger... I could not back to my family mentally and could not take an action to visit them even few times in decade, but may happened my dead body had come back to them.


Even someone now is playing at own ghost town, will be all right. He or she has  a just trouble for unable to get out the experience they had in past. That is not crime if he or se dose not kill own self or other. 


Just as Ry-man said, all we are going die with own experiences only. Not money, not success, not honor but how we got them.


However whatever I do.........I can just stick with my good will and thank to unseen spirits and Nature spirits. This mentality will able to create own my original HEART wave and electric brain active which able to fuse into the Sun light hopefully. 

I LOVE TO BE INTO THE SUN NATION.

It looks like a little box on a Hakusan Mountain in snow.


No one of my family in Japan is not living with me.

I imagine the Ocean of Air,the Sun and snow


Then my heart as my Jingu in my micro universe


And I close my eyes...I see the little Sun in my third eye.

Oh dear, already December 31.

Many to do for a new year. Every woman are getting busy at West, East , North and South  on a world map. I am not so busy even have a many to do. Only many for me, someone can handle easy than I can. 

In my pace and speed, I had checked KOKORO TENTASU`s contribute at Re-man`s blog in Japan. I love to share it with you. 

If you are interested, read on please.  

Oh,by the way, edited it so for easy reading to get only a point of KOKORO`s main sentences as good for the title KICK BACK 2.

今日観たフットボールチーム　シャークス（鮫）の映画に教えられた気がします。

For getting that point of view, I guess... I was taught by one movie,DVD which one I watched at today. 

That story is about Sharks, The Foot Ball team.

お！鮫はイザナギ　イザナミでしたよね？　嬉しいな〜　ではついでにこれを。

OH! SHARKS are  IZANAGI and IZANAMI.  Aren`t they? 

I`m so glad for sharks. 

Right then, incidentally I like to express this my mind as below for today.

チームワーク。１インチの防御と攻めのために生きるか死ぬかそれしかない.

A team work. Be or not to be for one inch`s defence and offence. That is it.

皆で闘って死ぬか　一人一人の人生を終えて死ぬか　どちらかしかない。

Only one way should be in our heart and hand. 

All together die in fight for Foot Ball game or  have done each one of life and die.

一人がいくら優れていても　その一人のために　他が体を張って守るからこそ　その一人がタッチダウンに成功できる。

Even only one player is super good,if lost others defensive team work in tooth and nail for one...he is nothing. 

Others for one super good , and one super good for a team then that one can Touch Down.

その一人がクオーターバックとして　ゴールを目指すチームメイトにボールをパスすることに集中できる。それが例え瞬間のことであろうともだ。

  If that super good one as the quarterback, it`s same thing. 

In others protective defence as guard, he can focus to pass the ball to a team mate as the other super good who is running into the goal. 

Even even that is just in a moment.  

Only a team work works in trust and will and guts for that moment. 

フットボールか人生か　それしかない。人生でもフットボールでも　コーチの俺だろうと　６インチの先のことはお手上げさ。

A Foot Ball Game or Life. That is it.

And more, not matter a Life or Foot Ball Game for  far 6 inches from here and now, even my self as a coach hard to get it to understand what is going on. 

だがな　１インチでは勝負できる。１インチの距離は外さない。

But I say this. 

I can deal with victory or defeat in 1 inch. 

I do not lose for  taking a chance in 1 inch to be victory.

この１インチを生きよう！逃がさずに勝負してやろう。守りと攻めでだ。

Let live in this 1 inch! Let grab it and make us a victory.  


A victory in both, a defence  and  offence in 1 inch.

そうだな…いくらリーマンさんが　記事で救おうとする良いボールを投げたとしても　僕らがグダっとしてたらボールを落としますね。

Well ... I feel this way from the movie also after watched it`s story.  

Such Re-man san try to rescue and help by this blog thoroughgoing like a passing ball to readers, when we as readers get a lazy to be thankful, we may not catch and grab it or  drop off even caught it.

要するは　目に見えないし号令も聞こえはしないが

In word, we do not see and do not hear any command from upper Kai / Heaven in our every day life and in this world as spiritual world. 

But...


---If we can hear,we have to be very careful about that. 


A reason is we do not know where they came from. 

From Demon kai or from hell or from Shinkai or from other planet or from Nature spirits even a voice told you where a voice came from. 


チームワークで実はみんなが生きている　生かし合っているという摂理がある気がしてきたんです。


Fortunately I sensed positive truth. 


That is, we have been alive and letting live each other in a world wide , a nation wide team work.

A whole world team in the providence, dispensation and Mother Nature.



--- is the will of Origin Root.

When one country helps other countries for economical reason or humanity or for anything, that one country must have the grate good will in an agreement of peoples in its country. 


I am as Japanese, getting some information about it makes me so wondering to think about our future as Japanese and one of human being on Earth. 


A very interesting point is: 
Even countries have Karma to pay off and be pay off. BUT some countries HISTORIES were edited by the politically lie and by holding  governed secret. Even news as the media. 


What I am believing is who I am and where I am and what I am doing now. 


What I believe at today is who I am to be and where I go and what I do to be.


God/kami bless all of us when we TRUST the own higher self. 


The own higher self/self kami was woke up by our each own GOOD WILL.


The own good will always with the own higher self in the own HEART and the own brain may challenges to consider " How use the own good will for whom first and for what first" 


The own good will sometimes requires me to be grouchy,stingy,denial,refusal and keeping silence or standing up to fight for other or myself.


I need to be careful abut those action. I need to be very less egoistic human when get suggestion for how I get my action to others and matters or issues. For this point,I need to consider this.
*The own originality and own gratitude to live own self,to own family and to ancestors come first in own life. 


That each`s own work with each`s own THANKFUL heart...even I do not know  about you , possible to create all in one Earth nation`s mentality in peace together.
we are in the one team.
An each one of us is a cell for our Universal Body. 


Many talk about the year of 2012. THIS IS the subject in 6 INCHES.


So let live me in my originality and truth which I feel good about, feel right about, in the 1 inch as the moment to moment as the day by day. 
This is my voice as my promise to  unseen Kami. 


I do not wait to hear His voice and I give my voice as my will to Him and Her Amaterasu Ohomikami. 

I do not asking help to Him or to Her.

I do help Them be happier with what I do and how I thank to what I lose and get. 
This is my latest revolution in my heart in a year of 2011!


I was realised...This event in my heart had been seeding since I was baby!!! 

Finally after the flower blooming was gone by demonic storm like events but training for my soul in my life,finally I met to Ise-Hakusan-Do by Re-man (also possible for writing " Ry-man " ) .
